We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in driving business growth and enhancing customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in managing client relationships and maintaining up-to-date records in our CRM system.
- Prepare and process sales quotes, proposals, and contracts in collaboration with the engineering and project management teams.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and track industry trends.
- Coordinate sales meetings, presentations, and events, ensuring all logistics are managed effectively.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and generate reports to inform management decisions.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining filing systems.
- Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries and ensure timely follow-up.
