We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive (Female) to join our team. This position is specifically for female candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building client relationships and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
a) Lead Generation:-Identify and pursue new sales leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and online platforms.
-Conduct market research to uncover potential customers and trends.
b) Customer Engagement:-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
-Understand customer needs and provide customized solutions to meet those needs.
c) Sales Presentations:
-Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
-Clearly articulate the value proposition of our products/services.
-Prepare and maintain reports on sales activities, leads, and results.
d) Collaboration:
-Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.
-Work with the customer service team to ensure a seamless client experience.
e) Feedback and Insights:
-Gather customer feedback and market insights to inform product development and sales strategies.
-Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for enhancing sales performance.
