JOB PURPOSE
As a Sales Executive at Vision India, you will play a key role in driving sales for our core services, including manpower outsourcing, staffing solutions, NAPS, NATS, mass hiring initiatives, and job-oriented courses offered through our e-skilling platform. The ideal candidate will actively engage in learning and converting prospects into successful business deals, helping us achieve our ambitious growth targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute sales strategies across manpower outsourcing, staffing services, NAPS, NATS, mass hiring solutions, and certification courses to meet business targets.
- Identify and convert leads, targeting industries, corporates, and government bodies to expand business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and industry partners, fostering long-term partnerships and driving repeat business.
- Collaborate with corporates to deliver customized staffing solutions and promote job-oriented certification courses on our e-skilling platform.
- Manage the sales pipeline effectively using CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate sales forecasting.
- Generate detailed sales reports, offering insights on performance, market trends, and identifying growth opportunities.
- Expand market reach by developing new business prospects within industries, corporates, and other key sectors.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field; with 0-2 years of experience.
