Job Purpose
As the Sales Manager at Vision India, you will be responsible for driving sales across our core offerings, including manpower outsourcing, staffing services, NAPS, NATS, mass hiring solutions, and job-oriented courses on our e-skilling platform. The ideal candidate will be skilled in developing effective sales strategies, managing client relationships, and expanding market reach to meet our ambitious growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies for manpower outsourcing, staffing, NAPS, NATS, Mass hiring solutions, and certification courses.
- Identify and convert leads by targeting industries, corporates, and government bodies.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients and industry partners, ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business.
- Collaborate with corporates to provide tailored staffing solutions and promote job-oriented courses.
- Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate sales forecasting.
- Generate regular sales reports, providing insights on performance, market trends, and areas for growth.
- Expand market reach by developing new business opportunities within industries and corporates.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and client satisfaction.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience in sales, preferably in staffing, outsourcing, or e-skilling. • Proven track record in B2B sales, managing the full sales cycle.
- Experience in large-scale corporate partnerships.
