We are seeking a motivated and experienced Construction Sales & Marketing Manager with strong technical knowledge to lead the sales and marketing efforts of our construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess both sales expertise and a solid understanding of construction processes, materials, and techniques. This role involves generating new business opportunities, developing marketing strategies, and collaborating with technical teams to present tailored solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction sector, including residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key clients, contractors, architects, and engineers to generate leads and ensure repeat business.
- Proposal Creation: Develop technical and commercial proposals based on client requirements and specifications.
- Marketing Strategy: Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote construction services and capabilities, including digital marketing, branding, and outreach activities.
- Project Collaboration: Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure a clear understanding of the technical aspects of the project and to provide clients with accurate information.
- Product Presentations: Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders, highlighting the company’s capabilities, services, and technical expertise.
- Market Research: Analyze construction market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust strategies and identify new business opportunities.
- Bid Management: Manage the preparation and submission of bids for construction projects, ensuring all technical specifications and pricing align with company capabilities.
- Contract Negotiations: Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions, while maintaining profitability and project feasibility.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and forecasts to senior management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum [X] years of experience in construction sales, marketing, or a similar role with a focus on technical sales.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, project management processes, and building regulations.

- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and marketing tools. Knowledge of AutoCAD or other design software is a plus.

Work Conditions
