Job Profile- Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Trainer
Gender- Only Female Candidates Required
Work Experience- Min. 1-1.5 years in Tele Sales/ BPO training is MUST
Age Limit- 18 To 30
Salary & Benefits- 18k-30k + min. 5k performance based incentive
Key Roles & Responsibilities:-
1.Training Program Design- Develop and implement training programs tailored to telesales, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, customer handling and compliance. Training period of one batch must be closed in 7 days successfully.
2.Soft Skills Development- Focus on improving communication, listening, negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
3.Call Simulation & Role Playing- Conduct mock sales calls to simulate real- life scenarios and help executives practice and enhance their skills and keep the telesales team updated with new products, market trends and sales strategies..
4.Reporting & Documentation- Maintain records of training sessions, progress reports and performance metrics to track effectiveness and improvement areas.
5.Collaboration with Sales & Quality teams- Work closely with sales managers and quality teams to identify gaps in performance and tailor training to address these issues. This performance should be tracked regularly.
