Key Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Make outbound calls & emails to the candidates on the basis of job profile.
- Initial Screening of candidates from existing database.
- Reach out to shortlisted candidates to discuss further hiring process.
- Interview Scheduling and Coordination.
- Collect feedback from interviewers and update in Management Information Systems (MIS).
- Guiding & Facilitating Registration of Candidates on Foreign Job Portal.
- Create Candidate Repository and retrieve and share with concern stakeholders as per requirements.
- Managing Candidate relationships and meeting recruitment targets.
- Preferred Experience in CCE/Sales in BPO Industry.
