JOB PURPOSE
Support the HR team in managing and enhancing the Performance Management System (PMS) while fostering a performance-enabling culture. Assist in performance reviews, data analysis, and ensuring alignment with business goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in developing and managing KPIs and performance metrics.
- Support performance reviews, feedback sessions, and appraisals.
- Analyze performance data and suggest improvements to drive a performance-enabling culture.
- Help conduct training on PMS processes and performance improvement strategies.
- Provide administrative support and reporting on performance outcomes.
QUALIFICATIONS, CERTIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
- Detail-oriented and proactive, with a passion for fostering a performance-enabling culture
