Job Purpose:
The Vice President for Special Staffing will lead and develop the Global Capability Centre (GCC) staffing vertical. This role involves overseeing the strategic growth, client acquisition, and service delivery of staffing solutions for global companies setting up or expanding their GCCs. The VP will ensure the provision of high- quality talent, maintain strong client relationships, and drive business growth by developing innovative staffing strategies tailored to the unique needs of the GCC industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute the strategic vision for the GCC staffing business, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall business objectives.
Lead and mentor the Special Staffing team, fostering a high-performance culture that delivers exceptional service to GCC clients.
Business Development & Client Acquisition:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the GCC sector, expanding the company’s portfolio of clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives at multinational companies, to understand and fulfill their staffing needs.
Partner with internal teams to create customized staffing solutions that address the unique talent requirements of GCCs.
Service Delivery & Operations:
Oversee the end-to-end staffing process, including recruitment, onboarding, and workforce management, ensuring compliance with global standards and best practices.
Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality staffing services, maintaining high client satisfaction and retention rates.
Collaborate with internal departments to streamline operations and improve efficiency in delivering staffing solutions.
Talent Strategy & Workforce Planning:
Develop workforce strategies to meet the growing demand for skilled talent in the GCC sector.
Stay updated on industry trends, client needs, and emerging technologies to ensure the business remains competitive.
Work closely with HR teams to source, recruit, and retain top talent for GCC clients.
Financial Management:
Manage the financial performance of the GCC staffing vertical, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L responsibility.
Ensure the business meets revenue, profitability, and growth targets. Compliance & Risk Management:
Ensure compliance with relevant local and international labor laws and industry standards.
Manage risks related to staffing, including legal and regulatory issues, and work to minimize any operational disruptions.
