Job Purpose:
The Project Manager, Training will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of training programs across 11 districts in the state of Madhya Pradesh. The role involves managing teams, coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring quality, and meeting project goals within budget and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets for training delivery across districts.
Team Leadership: Manage district-level teams, ensuring high performance and resolving issues.
Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with government bodies, Local administration, and community leaders to align with project goals.
Quality Assurance: Ensure training adheres to NSDC/NSQF standards through regular monitoring and field audits.
Budget Oversight: Manage project budgets and resource allocation efficiently.
Reporting: Provide regular updates on progress, challenges, and outcomes to senior management.
