Job Summary:
As an Operations Manager at JustJob, you will play a pivotal role in managing the end-to-end client and job post verification processes. You will be responsible for ensuring that all client onboarding, job post verification, and approval activities are conducted with the highest level of accuracy and efficiency. Your role will also involve building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, managing data, and overseeing the proper screening of applications. Additionally, you will be responsible for dashboard and report preparation, along with other critical operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Client Verification & Onboarding:
- Oversee the verification and onboarding process for new clients.
- Ensure all client details are accurately documented and verified according to company standards.
- Coordinate with the sales and support teams to streamline the onboarding process.
2. Job Post Verification & Approval:
- Review and approve job postings to ensure they meet JustJob's guidelines and standards.
- Work closely with clients to ensure job descriptions are accurate and appealing to potential candidates.
3. Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring their satisfaction with JustJob's services.
- Regularly connect with clients to gather feedback and provide support as needed.
4. Data Management & Mass Email Activities:
- Extract relevant data from JustJob and other sources to support mass email marketing campaigns.
- Ensure data is managed securely and used effectively for targeted communication.
5. Application Screening:
- Supervise the screening of job applications to ensure candidates meet the required qualifications.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to refine the screening process for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
6. Job Post Deactivation:
- Monitor job posts and ensure they are deactivated once they reach their due date.
- Coordinate with clients to renew or extend job posts if necessary.
7. Dashboard & Report Preparation:
- Prepare and maintain dashboards to track key operational metrics and performance indicators.
- Generate regular reports on client activity, job post performance, and other relevant metrics for management review.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 6 to 8 years of experience in operations, client management, or a similar role, with experience in BPO/KPO preferred.
- Proficiency in data management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in the recruitment or job portal industry is a plus.
