Job Overview
The Trainer for Warehouse Executives is responsible for developing, coordinating, and conducting training programs that improve the skills, knowledge, and performance of Trainees of Warehouse Executive. This role focuses on ensuring that all warehouse executives are well-versed in operational procedures, safety protocols, and best practices for inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics
Key Responsibilities:
Ø Design and implement training programs that cover essential warehouse executive training, including inventory management, order processing, and safety protocols.
Ø Conduct classroom training, hands-on workshops, and on-the-job training sessions for new trainees.
Ø Create hands-on exercises, examples, and projects to reinforce learning
Ø Educate trainees of warehouse executives on health and safety standards, including the proper handling of equipment and materials.
Ø Develop and update training materials, manuals, and resources to ensure they reflect current practices and technologies.
Ø Use various instructional methods to cater to different learning styles.
Ø Develop and administer assessments to evaluate trainee knowledge and skills.
Ø Provide feedback and support to trainees to help them improve.
Ø Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and technologies in warehouse management and logistics.
Ø Gather feedback from trainees on training effectiveness and content.
Ø Use feedback to continuously improve training programs.
Ø Track trainee progress and performance.
Ø Generate reports on training effectiveness and areas for improvement
Ø Ensure the proper use and maintenance of training equipment and resources.
Ø Work with SMEs to incorporate advanced topics and specialized knowledge into training programs.
Ø Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including management, HR, and trainees.
Ø Coordinate with other trainers and departments to ensure a cohesive training strategy.
Qualifications:
o Education: Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
o Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1-2 years in a training or supervisory role.
o Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control procedures.
o Knowledge of health and safety regulations in warehouse environments.
o TOT Certified
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Patience and the ability to effectively train individuals with varying levels of experience.
o Ability to adapt training methods to the needs of trainees.
o Strong organizational and documentation skills.
