Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with enterprise clients
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
- Conduct needs assessments and present customized DOOH solutions
- Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Manage team of Hyper local sales representative and manage cumulative Sales Target for Assign area.
- Revenue driver with individual performer.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the DOOH or advertising industry
- Proven track record of success in selling complex solutions to enterprise clients
- Strong understanding of the DOOH industry and its applications
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
