I. Job Purpose
The Trainer - Graphic Designing is responsible for developing and delivering training programs in graphic design, with a focus on equipping trainees with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in this field. This role involves creating instructional materials, conducting training sessions, and providing ongoing support to ensure trainees gain proficiency in graphic design principles, software tools, and industry standards.
II. Roles and Responsibilities
Develop Training Materials:
- Create detailed and engaging training materials, including presentations, tutorials, practical exercises, and assessments.
- Keep training content up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in graphic design.
Conduct Training Sessions:
- Facilitate engaging and effective training sessions both in-person and online.
- Utilize diverse instructional techniques and formats to address different learning styles and levels.
Provide Guidance and Support:
- Offer personalized coaching and mentorship to trainees.
- Monitor and evaluate trainee progress, providing constructive feedback and support for improvement.
Collaborate with Team:
- Work closely with other trainers and the curriculum development team to enhance training programs.
- Collaborate with HR and management to identify training needs and develop appropriate training solutions.
Evaluate Training Effectiveness:
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, surveys, and performance metrics.
- Implement improvements based on trainee feedback and learning outcomes to ensure continuous improvement.
III. Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts (BFA)
- Bachelor's Degree in Visual Communication or Communication Design
- Bachelor's Degree in Web Design or Interactive Media/ Multimedia Arts
- Bachelor's Degree in Illustration
- Minimum 2 years experience in relevant field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience and the ability to effectively train individuals with varying levels of experience.
- Ability to adapt training methods to the needs of trainees.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
