Job Description:

• Answer incoming calls from candidates and address their queries and concerns.
• Follow up with candidates who have shown interest in our programs.
• Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions with candidates to understand their career goals and educational needs.
• Provide detailed information about our courses, including curriculum, duration, and benefits.
• Assist candidates in selecting the right courses based on their interests and career aspirations.
• Offer guidance on career paths and potential job opportunities after completing the courses.
• Conduct vivas through our portal to assess candidates understanding and knowledge of the course material.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, counselling sessions, and vivaassessments.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on call outcomes, counselling sessions, and candidate progress.
• Collaborate with trainers and instructors to understand course content and provide accurate information to candidates.
