- Follow up with existing customers fororders, payments and statutory forms.
- Prospect & identify opportunities and convert them into business.
- Actively follow current industry trends, market and competitors activities, consolidate information and submit details.
MARKET DEVELOPMENT & PENETRATION
Survey markets for potential clients at regular interval, identify new customer or new foam applications.
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
- Visit existing customers to strengthen relationship
- Ensure timely end-customer complaint redressal.
COLLECTIONS
- Ensure that payments are received timely from the customers.
- Ensure compliance to Statutory requirement of Sales tax and other Govt bodies such as C forms, etc.
