JOB PURPOSE:
The State Project Manager for the PM Vishwakarma Scheme will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of the scheme across multiple centers within the state. This role involves coordinating with Center Managers, ensuring compliance with program guidelines, monitoring performance metrics, and fostering a collaborative environment. The State Project Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the scheme’s objectives and ensuring the successful delivery of vocational training and skill development programs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Program Coordination and Implementation:
- Oversee the implementation of the PM Vishwakarma Scheme across all centers within the state.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure program objectives are met.
- Coordinate with Center Managers to ensure consistent and high-quality delivery of training programs.
2. Management and Supervision:
- Supervise and support Center Managers, providing guidance and assistance as needed.
- Conduct regular meetings with Center Managers to review progress, address challenges, and share best practices.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration among all centers.
3. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, NGOs, and community leaders.
- Represent the scheme at state-level meetings, events, and conferences.
- Promote the scheme’s activities and achievements to attract support and partnerships.
4. Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare and submit comprehensive reports on program progress, challenges, and achievements to the National Program Director.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all activities, outcomes, and financial transactions.
- Maintain records for audits and evaluations.
