I. JOB PURPOSE
This is a dedicated verification team which validates every consumer through Image of Meter, bill copy
and sealing certificates. Ensuring that only correct data is passed to DISCOM/Implementation Agency
(IA) for approval is the sole responsibility of this team.
II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish effective interface with intrinsic operations – Customers, Technology and Market intelligence & knowledge.
- Ensure that all internal team are focused and meet expectations of the sales force and client services.
- Direct the development and implementation of operational strategies and plans which directly support the long-range strategies and annual objectives of the business.
- Manage relationship with stakeholders & drive exceptional execution through the team.
- Create a dynamic environment that fosters development opportunities, motivates & celebrates high performance amongst team members.
- Deliver a fully evolved product portfolio, customer centric customization, user engagement programs ensuring all revenue streams are harnessed.
- End-To-End Project Management and maintaining high efficiency & efficacy of executed jobs by the delivery/operations team.
III. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
- All fresh data available in client’s verification flow to be verified within 24 hours and correct data to be passed to DISCOM/IA and rejected data back to Subcontractor.
- Rejected data must be marked with standard comment as per defined SOP.
- Data verification is to be performed using the unique verification ID for every verification team member.
- Refresher training for verification as per SOP is to be provided every month.
- Any difficulty in resolving a case must be discussed with Client’s Data QC lead along with supervisor.
IV. QUALIFICATIONS, CERTIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Any Graduate with 5+ years of experience in Managed Services Project Management or a related industry like Back-End Data Verification etc.
- Strong understanding of Project Management and best practices.
- Proficient on Analytical Tools, MS Excel & PowerPoint
- Client-focused with a track record of maintaining client relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented with a passion for driving business growth.
