I. Job Purpose
This role is part of a dedicated verification team responsible for validating consumer data through images of meters, bill copies, and sealing certificates. The team's main objective is to ensure that only accurate data is submitted to the DISCOM/Implementation Agency (IA) for approval.
II. Key Responsibilities
· Coordinate with the verification team leader for daily progress updates and reports.
· Validate sample data using Excel/system validations.
· Validate SDO hold data on a sample basis.
· Reconcile data for monthly invoicing.
· Coordinate with the state team to ensure timely resolution of rejected data and address repeated observations.
· Outline and define project-specific checklists and detailed work instructions for verifying collected field data in coordination with the project team.
· Conduct training (induction and refresher) for Service Provider supervisors quarterly or as needed.
· Ensure that all new data available in the Client’s verification flow is verified within 24 hours, passing correct data to DISCOM/IA and returning rejected data to the subcontractor.
· Mark rejected data with standard comments as per the defined SOP.
· Perform data verification using the unique verification ID assigned to each team member.
· Provide monthly refresher training for verification as per SOP.
· Discuss any difficulties in resolving cases with the Client’s Data QC lead and the supervisor.
III. Qualifications, Certifications, and Experience
· Graduate with sound knowledge of MS Office and the Internet.
· 2-3 years of experience in handling backend operations in the BPO industry.
· Note: This is a full-time contractual position.
