I. Job Description
- Manage demographic dashboards and data quality issues on a monthly basis
- Coordinate with Talent Acquisition POC’s for hiring requirements
- Assist in HRBP activities related to performance appraisal, learning and development and policies
- Assist with employee queries related to SE policies
- Ideate and facilitate employee engagement initiatives on a quarterly basis
- Conduct exit interviews on a need basis
- Coordinate with business stakeholders for inputs
- Work with extended R&D HRBP team on projects of interest based on HR KPI’s
- Assist with creation of reports, documents, and presentations
II. Required Skills and Experience
- 2-3 years of start-up/MNC experience in a HR Generalist or Jr. HRBP role
- Proficiency in MS Office - Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Self-starter with ability to work with creativity and a go-getter attitude
