Job Purpose
Before Sales - To crack the customer by confidence building on aftermarket support before sales
After Sales - To ensure vehicle is onroad always, and quick vehicle on road, in case of failure. Full time service support to customer
Key Job responsibilities
Responsible for Service support for customer and for assigned product specific in the territory assigned.
1. Maintain relationship with existing customers of product group and track performance of existing vehicles in the command area
2. Existing customer service requirements to be met by manual intervention with ecosystem ( Other dealer locations, EPDC, faster delivery at workshops, etc )
3. Ensure existing vehicles uptime more than competition vehicles uptime, by coordination with concerned
4. Ensure customer is delighted with aftermarket support compared to the support customer is receiving from competition.
5. Responsible for making decision for next vehicle purchase, because of service support of Organization
6. Adopt 20 to 25 customers and responsible for repeat sales by giving maximum service satisfaction
7. Giving confidence during new vehicle purchase, about complete aftermarket support
8. Escalate customers vehicle issues and support in resolution
9. Train the customers on My Eicher adoption and customer is gaining productivity with My Eicher deliverables
10. Driver training programs / Fleet Manager training programs for the customers adopted
11. Maintain relationship with all stake holders of his focus 20 to 25 customers, like Body builders, fleet managers, drivers, local mechanics, etc and generate enquiries
12. Generate reports as per requirement
13. Execute tasks as assigned by supervisors
