Stipend: 1st Year - Rs. 16,000 & 2nd Year – Rs. 17,000.

Age: 18-28 Years

Course: 2 years

Qualification: ITI

ITI Trade: Fitter, Electrician, Turner

Language: Must be Fluent in Kannada

Canteen: Free

Experience: 0 to 2 years

Nature of work: Lens Manufacturing

Shift operations: applicable to all 3 shifts (1st, 2nd, and night shift)

Overtime: Yes

Night shift allowance: Rs. 65/shift. Weekly off: Staggered weekly off (no fixed weekly off on Sunday, for which they will get Rs. 1500 allowance per month)

Staggered off allowance: Rs. 1500/month

Leaves: CL: 12, SL: 15

Course completion allowance: Rs. 10,000 At the end of the course completion
