I. JOB PURPOSE
As the Sales and Marketing Manager at Vision India, your primary role is to drive the growth of our organization by spearheading sales and marketing initiatives for our skill development programs ( Paid Courses). You will be instrumental in shaping the success of our organization by customizing course content to meet market demands, forging partnerships with organizations seeking skilled candidates, and strategically positioning our offerings in the market. Your efforts will directly impact our ability to fulfill our mission of bridging the gap between industry needs and workforce capabilities, ultimately empowering individuals through skill development.
II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Identify Organizations in Need of Skilled Candidates:
A. Research and identify organizations across various industries with requirements for
skilled candidates.
B. Develop targeted marketing campaigns to showcase our skill development programs
to potential employers.
2.. Organizational and Institutional Tie-Ups:
A. Negotiate and establish partnerships with businesses, government agencies, educational
institutions, and other relevant stakeholders.
B. Develop and implement joint marketing and promotional activities to enhance the visibility of
our programs.
3. Pricing Strategy:
A. Conduct market analysis to determine competitive pricing strategies for our skill
development programs.
B. Develop pricing models that maximize profitability while remaining competitive in the
market.
4. Sales and Marketing:
A. Lead the development and implementation of sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue
targets.
B. Direct sales efforts through various channels, including direct sales, online platforms, and
partnerships.
III. QUALIFICATIONS, CERTIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA
preferred with 8 to 10 years of experience in sales and marketing roles,
preferably in the EdTech industry.
