Job Purpose:
The purpose of the VP in sales and marketing is to lead the strategic direction of sales and marketing efforts at Vision India, driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and enhancing brand visibility. Direct merger and acquisition activities to support organizational growth. The VP of Sales & Marketing plays a pivotal role in shaping the future success and impact of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets.
2. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
4. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts.
6. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
7. Oversee the development and implementation of marketing campaigns to promote our services and brand.
8. Monitor and report on sales and marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
9. Stay abreast of industry developments and best practices to ensure our sales and marketing strategies remain cutting-edge.
10. Participate in merger and acquisition activities, including identifying potential targets, conducting due diligence, and facilitating integration efforts.
