JOB PURPOSE
The purpose of the Reward Manager is to strategically design and manage incentive and reward programs to drive employee motivation, productivity, and longevity. By aligning incentives with organizational goals, fostering employee engagement, and continuously optimizing programs, the Reward Manager contributes to a high-performance culture and organizational success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Program Design and Development:
A. Collaborate with senior leadership and relevant stakeholders to design incentive programs that align with organizational objectives and drive desired behaviors.
B. Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitiveness and effectiveness of reward structures. C. Customize incentive plans based on employee roles, performance metrics, and business needs.
2. Program Communication and Launch:
A. Develop clear and compelling communication materials to announce incentive programs to employees.
B. Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate employees on program details, eligibility criteria, and potential rewards.
C. Coordinate with internal communications teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
3. Program Monitoring and Analysis:
A. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of incentive programs.
B. Regularly monitor program participation, performance outcomes, and feedback from stakeholders.
C. Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of success.
4. Facilitation of Payments and Rewards:
A. Oversee the administration of incentive payments, bonuses, and rewards in accordance with program guidelines and policies.
B. Coordinate with finance and HR departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of payments.
C. Address any inquiries or concerns related to incentive payments from employees or managers.
5. Feedback and Continuous Improvement:
A. Solicit feedback from employees, managers, and other stakeholders to assess the effectiveness of incentive programs.
B. Use feedback to make iterative improvements to program design, communication strategies, and implementation processes.
C. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to incentive and reward management.
