Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an HR Operations Specialist. The ideal candidate will be proficient in managing various HR operations tasks efficiently and effectively. Below are the key responsibilities and skills required for this role:
Responsibilities:
Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements related to HR operations, including but not limited to filing PF challans and other statutory filings.
On boarding and Exit Management: Facilitate the seamless on boarding process for new hires and handle exit processes for departing employees.
Payroll Management: Assist in preparing monthly payroll inputs accurately and promptly.
Day-to-day HR Operations: Handle day-to-day backend HR operations including letter generation, filing, and documentation to maintain organized and efficient HR records.
Communication: Demonstrate excellent communication skills both verbal and written, including the ability to communicate with employees at all levels effectively.
Microsoft Excel Proficiency: Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyse data, create reports, and streamline HR processes.
Skills Required:
Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accuracy and precision in all HR-related tasks.
Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of HR compliance regulations and experience in handling statutory filings.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to interact with employees and external stakeholders professionally.
Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-Solving Skills: Capacity to identify issues and propose solutions in HR operations processes.
Microsoft Excel Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel including formulas, functions, and data analysis techniques.
