Job Summary:
As a Telecaller at Teckinsey, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services, generate sales leads, and maintain client relationships. Your role will involve effective communication, persuasive skills, and the ability to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products/services and generate interest.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify sales leads through proactive calling and follow-up.
Customer Engagement: Engage with existing and potential customers to address their inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues.
Sales Conversion: Utilize persuasive communication skills to convert leads into sales opportunities and achieve sales targets.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Data Management: Record and maintain accurate customer information, interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
Key Requirements:
