Job Purpose

Vision India Services Pvt Ltd stands at the forefront of this trend, offering Offshoring Solutions that are meticulously crafted upon a deep comprehension of global practices and demands. The HR Manager role plays a pivotal part in this narrative, as it is entrusted with the responsibility of overseeing human resource operations for individuals deployed in India and managing business relationships with our diverse clientele across the UK, USA, and EU countries.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations:
1. Manage all aspects of HR operations for employees deployed on client projects in India, including but not limited to onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and performance management.
2. Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including career development, conflict resolution, and employee relations.
3. Collaborate with the recruitment team to source and onboard talent as per project requirements.
4. Conduct regular assessments of employee engagement and satisfaction, and implement initiatives to enhance the employee experience.
Client Relationship Management:
1. Serve as the primary point of contact for our foreign clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
2. Understand client needs and requirements, and ensure effective communication between the client and our offshore team in India.
3. Actively seek feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and address any concerns or issues promptly.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met and projects are delivered successfully.
