Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Assistant Barber Salon Trainer to support our team in providing high-quality training to aspiring barbers. The Assistant Barber Salon Trainer will work closely with the Lead Trainer to develop and implement training programs focused on barbering techniques, customer service skills, and salon operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in barbering, excellent communication skills, and a desire to mentor and support trainees in their professional development.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the development of training materials, lesson plans, and curriculum for barbering training programs.
Responsible for conducting training sessions, workshops, and practical demonstrations on various barbering techniques, including haircuts, shaving, and grooming.
Provide hands-on instruction to trainees on proper tool usage, sanitation procedures, and salon safety protocols.
Demonstrate exemplary customer service skills and professional conduct to trainees, emphasizing the importance of client satisfaction and retention.

Assist trainees in developing their technical skills, such as hair styling, beard trimming, and coloring techniques, through guided practice and constructive feedback.

Stay updated on industry trends, new haircutting techniques, and product innovations to incorporate into training programs and share with trainees.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a licensed barber with a minimum of [X] years of practical experience in a salon environment.

12th pass or equivalent required.
Barbering license or certification from an accredited institution.
