Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Carpenter Trainer to join our team and facilitate the training and development of aspiring carpenters. The Carpenter Trainer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and delivering comprehensive training programs to equip participants with the knowledge, skills, and techniques required to excel in the carpentry profession. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in carpentry, along with proven experience in teaching and instructional design.
Responsibilities:
Develop training curriculam, lesson plans, and instructional materials tailored to the needs of participants.
Conduct training sessions, workshops, and practical demonstrations to impart carpentry skills and techniques effectively.
Solid understanding of carpentry principles, techniques, tools, and materials.
Provide hands-on instruction in carpentry tools, equipment, safety procedures, and best practices.
Assess participants' progress and skill levels through practical assessments, tests, and evaluations.
Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and new techniques in carpentry to enhance training programs.
Maintain training records, documentation, and reports to track participant progress and training effectiveness.
Foster a positive and supportive learning environment conducive to skill development and knowledge retention.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a carpenter with a minimum of 2years in the field.
Previous experience in training, teaching, or instructional design preferred.
12th pass or equivalent required.
Certification or relevant credentials in carpentry or vocational training is a plus.
