Responsibilities:
· Proficient in hiring new candidates from different portals i.e. LinkedIn, indeed, etc.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including performance evaluations, initial training, and work-related SOPs.
· Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns.
· Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· High negotiation skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
· Open to attaining skills as per industry requirements.
· Experienced candidates will be preferred
