Job Description:
Marketing & PR Activities: Providing comprehensive marketing solutions for products and services to potential customers through both digital and traditional marketing channels. Managing all brand communications to promote business effectively.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Preferably, knowledge/experience in digital marketing to generate leads.
- Coordinating qualified leads from various sources such as Google AdWords, digital media marketing, references, social media, and pre-sales executives.
- Demonstrated success in B2B sales coordination with evidence of achieving sales targets.
- Proficient communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage customer relationships efficiently, respond promptly to queries, fulfill promises, and manage expectations.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Hands-on problem-solving approach utilizing available resources.
- Capability to work collaboratively as part of a team, contribute, share best practices, knowledge, resources, and ideas.
- Excellent communication etiquette over phone/email.
- Tech-savvy and adept in using Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Ability to forecast sales, generate sales reports, and identify/explain variances from targets.
Qualifications:
- MUST HAVE: Keen interest in digital marketing and content writing.
- MUST HAVE: Impeccable command of English with excellent editing, spelling, and grammar skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Mass Communications, Advertising/Media, Linguistics/Languages, or equivalent.
- Strong time and task management skills.
