Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Achieve Sales Targets:

   • Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and promote products to meet sales targets.
   • Utilize effective sales techniques to drive revenue and meet or exceed sales goals.

2. Maintain CRM (Customer Relationship Management):

   • Update customer information and interactions in the CRM system accurately and promptly.
   • Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions, preferences, and purchase history for personalized service.

3. Report Counter Merchandise:

   • Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies or shortages promptly to ensure adequate stock availability.
   • Coordinate with the inventory team to replenish stock and maintain product availability on the sales floor.

4. Participate in In-Store and Outdoor Customer Engagement Activities:

   • Engage with customers in-store to provide assistance, answer queries, and enhance their shopping experience.
   • Assist in organizing and executing outdoor customer engagement activities such as promotional events, product demonstrations, and customer surveys.

5. Provide Excellent Customer Service:

   • Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
   • Proactively anticipate customer needs and offer appropriate product recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.

6. Collaborate with Team Members:

   • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve collective sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.
   • Assist colleagues during peak hours or as needed to ensure smooth store operations and customer satisfaction.

7. Adhere to Company Policies and Procedures:

   • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines related to sales, customer service, and store operations.
   • Follow safety protocols and maintain cleanliness and organization in the store at all times.

8. Stay Updated on Product Knowledge:

   • Stay informed about product features, specifications, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales.
   • Participate in training sessions and product knowledge sessions provided by the company to enhance product understanding and sales skills.
