We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing team. The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and expanding our presence in the competitive job portal market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a deep understanding of the recruitment industry, and the ability to lead a high-performing sales team.
Key responsibilities for this role would include the following –
Achieve Sales Targets:
A. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
B. Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining and growing existing client relationships.
Market Analysis:
A. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for growth.
B. Analyze sales data to generate insights and make informed business decisions.
Client Relationship Management:
A. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.
B. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure client satisfaction and prompt issue resolution.
Product Knowledge:
A. Stay updated on JustJob's features, offerings, and pricing to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
B. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations as needed.
Key performance indicators for the role would include the following –
A. Revenue: Achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
B. Client Acquisition: Gain new clients and enhance retention.
C. Lead Conversion: Generate and convert leads effectively.
D. Sales Pipeline: Optimize pipeline size and conversion rates.
The role would directly report to the Business Head and be based in the Noida office in the Delhi NCR.
Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
7-10 years’ experience as a Sales Manager in the recruitment, Staffing, or job portal industry.
Strong understanding of sales techniques, market trends, and customer needs.
Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
