JOB PURPOSE
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY
- Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base within the enterprise sector.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, understanding their business needs and objectives.
- Lead the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact through to negotiation and closure, while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our products and services.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management, utilizing CRM tools to track progress and sales activities.
- Work closely with the customer service and support teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention, and to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
REQUIREMENT AND SKILLS
- Proven working experience as a business development manager or a relevant role
- Proven sales track record
