Job Purpose
As a Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our staffing business. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of talent acquisition, client relationship management, skill project management, and business development. This role requires a highly motivated and organized individual who can drive growth and deliver results.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing (40%):
1. Source, interview, and assess candidates to match their skills with client requirements.
2. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to offer negotiation.
3. Build a talent pipeline and maintain a database of potential candidates.
4. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide effective staffing solutions.
Client Relationship (30%):
1. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact.
2. Understand client needs and industry trends to provide tailored staffing solutions.
3. Ensure client satisfaction through regular check-ins and feedback sessions.
4. Address and resolve any client concerns or issues promptly.
Skill Project Management (20%):
1. Coordinate and oversee skill development projects for candidates to meet client-specific requirements.
2. Collaborate with trainers and other stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of skill enhancement programs.
3. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients and internal teams.
Business Development (10%):
1. Identify new business opportunities within existing client accounts.
2. Explore and develop relationships with potential clients.
3. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote our services and expand our client base.
4. Participate in networking events and industry conferences to generate leads.
