I. JOB PURPOSE
As a Marketing Communication professional at Vision India, you will play a key role in planning, executing, and managing below-the-line marketing initiatives for us. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement BTL strategies that align with our' marketing objectives. Your primary focus will be on creating and managing engaging communication channels that drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand awareness.
II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute below-the-line marketing strategies to support client campaigns and initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather insights and develop effective BTL communication plans.
- Create compelling content for BTL activities, including but not limited to brochures, flyers, newsletters, direct mailers, and promotional materials.
- Manage the end-to-end execution of BTL activities, including vendor coordination, production, and distribution.
- Monitor and track the performance of BTL campaigns, analyzing key metrics and providing recommendations for optimization.
- Coordinate with external agencies and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of BTL materials and services.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in BTL marketing, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to ensure seamless integration between BTL and online marketing efforts.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and support the development of BTL strategies.
III. QUALIFICATIONS, CERTIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 4 to 5 years work experience as a Marketing Communication Executive or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
