Roles & Responsibilities:
- Kick off the Mass hiring/Skilling project based on internal/external stakeholder requirement
- Requirement gathering of the project, delegation of tasks to respective team members
- Setting up timeline of different phases of project and execute it accordingly
- Quality control of project metrics
- Collaboration with internal and external stakeholder and efficient communication management
- Define processes as per compliance and implementation into the project
- Review of CSAT scorecard with respect to service provided and NPS (Net Promoter Score) with respect to to relationship building with customer
- Experience in projects handling aligned to Mass Hiring/Skilling
- Managing direct and dotted line cross functional teams, monitor and assess their performance as per KRA and KPI
- Ensure IT Infrastructure readiness and updated dashboard about project status
Mandatory Skills:
1. Graduate/PG from any recognised university 2. Minimum 5 years of experience in Mass Hiring/Skilling project management
