Roles & Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for any grievance management of customer
- Create tickets based on customer query/grievance and works on it
- Close the ticket as per timeline agreed and communicate to customer
- If grievance is not resolved, assign it to next level as per matrix
- Prompt, energetic and follow the timeline
- Comply to defined processes
Mandatory Skills:
1. Graduate/PG from any recognised university 2. Minimum 3 years of experience in tele calling-inbound
