Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute campus recruitment events/Kaushal Mela
- Identify potential candidates on college campuses.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Collaborate with key university stakeholders, faculty, and student organizations.
- Assist in developing initiatives promoting student engagement and professional development.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and HR to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
