I. Job Description:
JOB PURPOSE:
The Administration Executive will play a pivotal role in overseeing infrastructure and asset management, ensuring seamless general administration and facility operations within the organization. The ideal candidate should thrive in a start-up-like environment, possessing a challenger mindset with proven abilities to influence peers across the ecosystem.
II. Key Responsibilites :
1. Facilities Management:
- Supervise and manage facilities, including clearing, security, landscaping, and parking.
- Monitor and address any issues related to facility maintenance promptly.
2. Canteen & Cafeteria Management:
- Oversee the management of canteen and cafeteria facilities across locations.
- Ensure a conducive and hygienic environment for employees
3. Asset Management:
- Oversee the complete lifecycle of organizational assets.
- Implement efficient asset tracking systems and maintenance schedules.
4. Transport Management
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in administration and facilities management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing infrastructure and assets.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
