I. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for answering/placing technical or customer support calls or Chats and abide by the prescribed norms.
- Typing skill of 25 WPM to 30 WPM with 85% Accuracy
- Comprehension – Ability to clearly understand the problem statements.
- Verbal skills – Articulate, clear and friendly tone with a neutral accent. Able to clear Language assessments with B2 proficiency.
- Written communication skills – Ability to communicate correctly and clearly.
II. QUALIFICATIONS, CERTIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Candidates should be ok with work from office.
- Immediate joiners only
- Should be flexible with rotational shifts (24*7 Working environment)
- 5 days working /2 Days rotational week Offs.
- Education required: Any Graduate / Undergraduate (should not be pursuing)
- Fresher and experienced both are considered.
- If candidate is not availing cab facility from company, they will be eligible for travelling allowance of 3500/-.
- Salary will depend on interview and Assessments.
- Accommodation for 14 Days if relocate from other locations.
