JOB Description-
Responsibilities:
Team Management:
- Supervise and lead a team of BPO representatives to ensure efficient workflow.
Operational Efficiency:
- Monitor and manage daily operations to meet or exceed performance targets and quality standards.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate and analyse performance reports to track team metrics and KPIs.
Training and Development:
- Plan and conduct regular training sessions to keep the team updated on industry trends, new processes, and tools.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
· Proven experience (2+ Years) in a BPO environment with leadership or supervisory role.
· Strong understanding of BPO operations, processes, and best practices.
· Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for data analysis and reporting.
· Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
· Problem-solving mind-set with a focus on achieving results and meeting targets.
