JOB PURPOSE:
The role holder will be responsible to perform an employee engagement would typically involve working closely with the human resources (HR) team to create and implement strategies and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee morale, job satisfaction, and overall engagement with the company. Some specific tasks and responsibilities may include
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies to boost employee and Client engagement and satisfaction.
- Design and manage rewards & recognition programs.
- Coordinate events fostering team building and inclusivity.
- Analyze feedback to refine engagement initiatives.
- Communicate R&R policies and updates effectively.
- Associate Satisfaction Survey
- Monthly engagement calendar preparation and execution
- Monthly Client report
Preferred:
- Track record in successful engagement program design.
- Familiarity with rewards systems implementation.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
