As a Telecaller, your primary role is to initiate sales and support through outbound and inbound calls. You'll be responsible for communicating with potential and existing customers, promoting products or services, and addressing their queries or concerns over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls:
- Initiate calls to potential customers from provided databases or leads to promote products or services.
- Effectively articulate the features and benefits of offerings, aiming to secure sales or appointments.
Inbound Calls:
- Receive and handle incoming calls from customers inquiring about products, services, or seeking support.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information or guidance as necessary.
Lead Qualification and Follow-Up:
- Qualify leads based on established criteria and guide potential customers through the sales funnel.
- Follow up with potential leads to nurture relationships and drive sales conversions.
Database Management:
- Update and maintain accurate records of all interactions in the company's database or CRM system.
- Keep records of calls, sales, and useful information, ensuring data integrity and completeness.
Product Knowledge and Training:
- Stay updated on product knowledge and specifications to deliver accurate information to customers.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance communication and sales techniques.
Performance Reporting:
- Provide regular reports on call activities, sales metrics, and feedback to the supervisor or manager.
- Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed individual and team targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar role, preferably in sales or customer service.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and call center equipment.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
Education and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in communication or sales are a plus.
