JOB PURPOSE
As a Trainer for Electric Vehicle Service Technicians, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and delivering training programs to educate technicians on EV technology, safety procedures, and best practices for servicing electric vehicles. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that technicians are proficient in diagnosing and repairing various components of EVs.
III. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Curriculum Development:
Design and develop training curricula that cover a wide range of topics related to electric vehicles, including EV systems, battery technology, charging infrastructure, and safety protocols.
Training Delivery:
Conduct training sessions, workshops, and practical demonstrations to educate technicians on EV maintenance, diagnostics, and repair techniques.
Utilize a combination of classroom instruction, hands-on practical exercises, and virtual training methods.
Resource Development:
Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos, to support the training program.
Maintain and update training materials to reflect the latest advancements in EV technology.
Safety Training:
Ensure that technicians understand and follow safety procedures when working with high-voltage EV systems.
Provide instruction on handling emergency situations involving EVs safely.
Technical Support:
Offer ongoing technical support and guidance to technicians to address questions or challenges they encounter during EV servicing.
Assessment and Certification:
Develop and administer assessments to evaluate the proficiency of trainees.
Issue certifications to technicians who successfully complete the training program.
Stay Informed:
Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in the EV industry to incorporate new information and best practices into training programs.
Collaboration:
Work closely with automotive dealerships, EV manufacturers, and other stakeholders to tailor training programs to meet specific needs.
Documentation:
Maintain detailed records of training sessions, participant progress, and feedback for reporting and analysis.

ü Creation of Batches on online portal against the given target
ü Maintain 90% attendance accuracy
ü Conduct Training activities to engage trainees
ü Ensure in time and 70% placement of the pass-out candidates
ü Role holder will play a critical role in helping candidates in develop the skills and readiness required to secure employment in their chosen field.
ü Trainer will provide guidance, training, and support to prepare candidates for successful placement in the job market.
Qualifications & experience
ü Completed bachelors degree in ITI,Mechanic Motor Vehicle/Mechanic Auto Electrical and Electronics, Diploma in Auto mobile,
ü At-least 4 years of experience in Training, Teaching and mentoring.
Should have strong understanding of teaching and engaging trainees.
