Job Purpose:
Live Skills is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our organization. Your primary focus will be on market research, go-to-market strategies, and building institutional partnerships to enhance upskilling and placement opportunities for our program participants. Your performance will be directly tied to revenue generation and the growth of the company.
Key Responsibility:
Market Research for Prospects & Pricing:
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients, industries, and market trends
- Analyze competitor offerings and pricing strategies
- Develop pricing models and strategies to remain competitive in the market
Go to Market:
- Create and execute Go-to-Market plans for Live Skills' products and services
- Develop marketing strategies to promote Live Skills' solutions to a wide range of potential clients
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials
Institutional Tie-Ups for Upskilling Opportunities:
- Identify and establish partnerships with educational institutions, training centers, and organizations to offer upskilling opportunities through Live Skills
- Negotiate agreements and collaborations to enhance our course offerings
Institutional Tie-Ups for Placement Opportunities for Candidates:
- Develop relationships with companies and employers to facilitate placement opportunities for candidates skilled under our programs
- Create and maintain strong partnerships with institutions and employers to ensure a seamless transition for our graduates into the workforce
Revenue & Growth:
- Set and achieve revenue targets by effectively implementing business development strategies
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to revenue growth and market expansion
- Continuously assess the success of initiatives and make adjustments as needed to drive growth
Qualifications:
- Any Graduate with 3 to 6 years of experience in business development and sales, especially in the Education Tech. and skill development in IT sector
- Strong understanding of the employment and skill development ecosystem
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently, set priorities, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Results-driven and target-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in data analysis and market research
