Job Summary: Will lead efforts to enhance employee engagement, design recognition & rewards programs, develop incentive schemes, and analyze attrition trends. This role aims to foster positive Associate and client engagement and boost overall satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Engagement:
- Develop strategies for improved job satisfaction and productivity.
- Conduct engagement surveys and gather feedback for enhancements.
Recognition & Rewards:
- Design and manage recognition programs.
- Collaborate with BHR and clients to identify top performers.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of recognition initiatives.
Incentive Programs:
- Develop and administer incentive programs.
- Analyze performance metrics for optimized schemes.
- Regularly review and update incentive programs.
Attrition Analysis:
- Analyze attrition trends and identify contributing factors across the client.
- Conduct exit interviews and propose retention strategies.
- Provide data-driven reports and recommendations to each client.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or related field.
- Proven experience in employee engagement, rewards, incentives, and attrition analysis.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of HR policies, laws, and best practices.
