- Frequency of process
- Onboarding & Induction For New Hire
- Travel advance recommendation and tracking
- Travel claim settlement
- Payroll Process
- Exit formality (off-boarding process)
- Employee Grievance/ compliance resolve
- Assist in Medical claim reimbursement process
- Maintain compliance part & provide required documents
- Assist in General administrative activity
II. QUALIFICATIONS, CERTIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Minimum Qualifications :
Any Graduate Specific experience 2 to 7 years of Experience in Field Sourcing / Compensation and Grievances / Mass Hiring / Payroll Management.
Required Skills :
- Keep in touch with the vision compliance team and make sure all documents should aligned (PF,ESIC, PT,LWF & Labour Licences, statutory compliance return & dues submitted within timeline)
- With the Above document also need to take the Policy part (GMC, GPA & WC)
- Submit the documents whenever request is raised by the site/ Auditor
- As Per Schneider’s Client requirement provide undertaking/Authorisation letter for Site Gate pass and any other process.
- Voluntary support to the company day to day administrative activity.
