Purpose
Implement and monitor policies to achieve targeted sales, improve market share on sustainable basis. Provide ongoing technical and sales service to Channel partners & end customers. Identify market trends & opportunities; negotiate contracts with the aim of maximizing sales profit.
Key Responsibilities
Profitable Growth
1. Educate Dealers to sell high value / High Margin / new products to improve Sales Turnover.
2. Facilitate ZDs /Ads / Dealers to achieve their sales targets, FGIs, QGIs, etc.
3. Prepare and maintain Dealer master and Panel.
4. Ensure Local level ads are released as per agreement.
5. Ensure In-shop branding, Signage, Boards, etc. at dealers' outlets.
6. Implementation of MOP system.
7. Report un-authorized dealer selling / un- authorized product selling.
8. Collect and provide update on competitor's activities such as new product introduction / scheme launch / Price changes / incentive / discounting structures etc
Market Development & Penetration
1. Participate in local level fairs / exhibitions alone with ZD / Dealers.
2. Approach Institutions / Bulk buyers / Search of prospective end customers
3. Identify opportunities for appointing dealers
4. Appointment of new ROs and MBOs as per plan.
5. Conversion of ROs to MBOs, MBOs to Exclusive, Exclusive to Shoppes/ World/ Galleries as per plan
Customer Satisfaction
1. Visit ZDs / ADs / Dealers as per plan.
2. Ensure that Dealers receive and understand all communications/policies, etc.
3. Provide technical assistance to customers regarding foam applications & appropriate uses.
4. Resolve dealer queries.
5. Ensure timely end customer complaint.
Collections
1. Ensure that payments are received timely from customers.
